You likely won’t like the answer, because it relies on getting pretty far through the main campaign of Sword and Shield. Pokemon Centers throughout the Galar region will offer different kinds of Poke Ball depending on their location, and your progress through the gym challenge at the heart of the story. You actually need to complete this main mission in order to reach the location where you can buy Quick Balls in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Wyndon, the town far to the north is where they are first made available to buy. You reach this location after finishing the gym challenge and taking a train ride to the north. After a trek through the snow you arrive at Wyndon with a new challenge awaiting you. Before taking it on though, you can head to the Pokemon Center at the entrance of the town. Here is where to buy Quick Balls in Pokemon Sword and Shield. It may take you twenty hours or more to reach this spot, but if you focus on the main story you’ll get here quicker. Once you are you can grab Quick Balls for $1000 of in-game cash.
