As soon as you land on Kashyyyk in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you will see some very familiar enemies in the form of AT-AT walkers in the distance. With no land speeders in sight to help take them down a la Empire Strikes Back, you’re going to have to use another strategy. This guide will tell you what you need to do to board and take over this AT-AT.
How To Take Over AT-AT
You will start off in the water as soon as you land in Kashyyyk, with a few AT-AT not too far away. This means you need to start swimming towards the AT-AT that is closest to you and go to the front right leg, where you will notice some vines hanging off of it.
From here, it’s time to pull a Shadow of the Colossus and scale this giant machine. This will take awhile, but just use your typical techniques to climb anything else in the game. You will end up climbing all the way around the entire AT-AT before all is said and done.
Eventually, you will make your way to the top of the AT-AT, where you will see a Stormtrooper peaking out. This enemy should be taken out before you get to it, but take it out if it by chance isn’t.
Now head down the hole and into the heart of the AT-AT itself. Make your way through a few tight corridors here and you will come across some enemies. Take them down and you will find yourself in the cockpit of the walker. Sneak up on the two pilots and interact to take them out and you will now have full control of the AT-AT.
This is where the full really begins, as you get to assault the Imperials here. You can just move forward and fire here to make it through this entire next section of the game.
