As you may know already, No Man’s Sky will have a big day one update when it comes out. Hello Games has tweeted out a small description of what it might have.

Hello Games tweeted out: “5am at Hello Games. Wrapping up a month of work on our first update. Lots of new features, balancing and content“.

Some people will be aware that one guy has a copy of No Man’s Sky already, although he has yet to download the first update. He noted the game has glitches and stuff, so expect the update to fix most of these bugs.

As for the length of the game, that’s still up in the air. The guy that has a copy of the game says he was able to reach the center of the Universe in 30 hours.

Whatever the update will bring on release day might give us some new features and content that the early owner has not experienced yet. Obviously patch notes for the update will be posted closer to August 9th, 2016.

Anyway, Hello Games must be a dedicated team staying up as late as 5am in order to work on the day-one update. Hopefully the launch of the game goes smoothly.
