Deus Ex: Mankind Divided PC Port Being Handled by Nixxes

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was announced earlier this month following a botched Twitch reveal and details have begun trickling out. The latest piece of information we have on Eidos-Montreal’s newest entry is that the team handling the PC version is Nixxes Software. If that name sounds familiar, it should. This is the same team that brought Adam Jensen’s previous venture, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, to PC.

In fact, Nixxes has worked on bringing several Eidos titles to PC, such as Hitman: Absolution, Tomb Raider, and Thief. They are also taking care of Rise of the Tomb Raider later this year, too. Given their track record with those ports, I think we can all safely assume that Mankind Divided will be a fairly competent PC port. Plus, with the inclusion of Direct X12 and AMD TressFX support, our hopes have only been raised higher.

We’ve yet to receive a release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided other than Nixxes’ site showing a general 2015 timeframe. Chances are there will be tons of information, including a solid date, pouring out of E3 come June. And when that does happen, we’ll be sure to have all of those juicy details readily available for you to enjoy. So be sure to check back regularly in case anything slips out ahead of schedule (again).
