A simulation has been staged in EA Sports UFC 2 to determine who will win in the main event of UFC 205 between Eddie Alvarez vs Conor McGregor.

If you did not know already, UFC 205 is a big deal for the company because it’s the first time that they are in Madison Square Garden. There was a ban on MMA in New York City for many years, but this has been lifted.

EA Sports UFC 2 has predicted many UFC fights in the past and the game has been correct on multiple occasions. Other times, they’ve been completely wrong.

In round one of Eddie Alvarez vs Conor McGregor, it’s a stand up game. Both are kicking and punching really hard, but it looks like nobody went for a takedown.

Round 2 of the fight is different because Alvarez goes for the takedown in order to slow things down. The takedowns don’t last long though because McGregor is able to stand back up pretty quickly.

In the next round, McGregor gets the upper-hand with a great looking head kick to Alvarez. This knocks Alverez out and McGregor is the winner. Will this be the real result of the main event of UFC 205? We’ll just have to find out later today.
