Jonathan Blow is on the lookout for talented developers to bring his games to the Xbox One. The controversial developer of Braid, and the upcoming puzzler, The Witness, recently took to Twitter to poll the internet for a developer that can “make things happen” on both next-gen platforms.
“I have some interesting work for a contract programmer who can make things happen on the PS4 + XB1. Hit me up if interested (and qualified),” read Blow’s recent tweet. That sounds like there are at least plans to get the ball rolling for his games on all platforms.
Over the last couple of years, Blow really spoke out against Microsoft, and their policies towards smaller developers. In 2012, the Braid developer took aim at Microsoft’s certification requirements . More recently, Blow revealed his dislike for the Xbox One’s focus on everything except gaming.
While Blow may have plans to bring a game to the Xbox One in the future, we do know that his next game, The Witness, will arrive on the PlayStation 4 before anywhere else.
