EA Sports has revealed a bunch of the player ratings for their upcoming NHL 15 release. Instead of just dropping a list of every player, they decided to section things up and rank all of the players that will be featured in the game according to their position. Called the “Ratings Hub” there are currently four different lists ranking the top right wingers, left wingers, defensemen and goalies. Let’s take a look at each of them below:

NHL 15 Top 5 Right Wingers

1. Corey Perry – Anaheim Ducks – 92 Overall Score
2. Marian Hossa – Chicago Blackhawks – 91 Overall Score
3. Phil Kessel – Toronto Maple Leafs – 90 Overall Score
4. Patrick Kane – Chicago Blackhawks – 89 Overall Score
5. Martin St. Louis – New York Rangers – 88 Overall Score

Full descriptions of each player can be found here.

1. Alexander Ovechkin – Washington Capitals – 93 Overall
2. Henrik Zetterberg – Detroit Red Wings – 92 Overall

NHL 15 Top 5 Defensemen

1. Shea Weber – Nashville Predators – 93 Overall
2. Duncan Keith – Chicago Blackhawks – 92 Overall
3. Ryan Suter – Minnesota Wild – 92 Overall

NHL 15 Top 5 Goalies

1. Henrik Lundqvist – New York Rangers – 93 Overall
2. Jonathan Quick – L.A. Kings – 93 Overall
3. Carey Price – Montreal Canadiens – 92 Overall
4. Tuukka Rask – Boston Bruins – 92 Overall
5. Pekka Rinne – Nashville Predators – 91 Overall

Full descriptions of each player can be found here.

So, what do you think? Did EA Sports get the rankings for NHL 15 so far? My poor Tampa Bay Lightning didn’t even make the cut for any list, unless you count our former player Martin St. Louis…which we do not. But what about you? How did your team’s players rank on the lists? Let us know in the comments.

NHL 15 hits stores on September 9th 2014 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
