Nintendo will let Wii U owners try out Splatoon this weekend during what the company is calling the “Splatoon Global Testfire.” Those interested in checking out the shooter will have three opportunities to do so, this weekend only. On Friday, May 8th from 8pm – 9pm PT is the first session. On Saturday, May 9th, Wii U owners will have two chances to jump in and play — 4am – 5am PT and 12pm – 1pm PT. The demo is currently available for download on the eShop so you’ll be ready to play come Friday.
The “Global Testfire” will allow players to participate in 4-on-4 Turf War battles online.
