The Founder’s puzzle in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End can be tricky because you have to find the red squares in the portraits of the pirates. Not to mention you have to know where the tablets need to be positioned. We are here to help to try and make your life a little easier.
The first tier of tablets that you have to solve is pretty easy. There are only two that you need to rotate and all you have to do is look at the white looking arrows on the perimeter of them. Match the white arrows next to each other and a door will open. This is where you have to search for some red squares on the portraits of pirates.
Once the first door opens, just look for a red square on the pictures. The first room is pretty easy to scout out for because they are blatantly in your face. After you see the red squares, go back to the main room and rotate the tablets like you see in the picture above.
When you do that, the next door opens and you have to look out for another set of red squares embedded inside the pictures of the pirates. The next room is quite tricky because they have camouflaged the red squares in the pictures. We’re going to tell you where to look for them.
First on the left is a picture of William Mayes. His red square is just on the bottom leftt hand corner of the screen. The next picture (in the middle) is of Richard Want. The red square is positioned next to his cigar smoke on the left side. Lastly we have the picture of Joseph Farrell on the far right. His red square is on the bottom right hand side of the picture near his sword. After you found them all, just rotate the tablets like you see below.
