Assassin’s Creed Rogue is the rare case of a relatively recent entry in the series that is not available on current-gen consoles. But that could change in only a few months, as an HD version of the title has been listed for PS4 and Xbox One by a series of Italian retailers. The game would be released on March 15, 2018 and would cost around €30, according to ePrice, ReluxShop, and Webster.

Rogue was a spin-off released for PS3 and Xbox 360 on 2014, on the same day as the next main entry, Assassin’s Creed Unity for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It stood out from other games in the series by featuring the first protagonist who actually fought to destroy the Assassins brotherhood. With Unity’s controversial graphic issues, there was a segment of the public that actually prefered Rogue to Unity.

Here is the official synopsis of the game via Steam: “18th century, North America. Amidst the chaos and violence of the French and Indian War, Shay Patrick Cormac, a fearless young member of the Brotherhood of Assassin’s, undergoes a dark transformation that will forever shape the future of the American colonies. After a dangerous mission gone tragically wrong, Shay turns his back on the Assassins who, in response, attempt to end his life. Cast aside by those he once called brothers, Shay sets out on a mission to wipe out all who turned against him and ultimately become the most feared Assassin hunter in history.”
