Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s first beta period comes to an end later today, which is only available to PlayStation 4 owners who pre-ordered the game. However, the game will be getting a second beta this upcoming weekend that will be available to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners, though now requirements for getting into that one have changed a little.
Originally, the second beta would only be accessible to those who pre-ordered the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, but the Call of Duty Twitter account has now revealed that that is no longer the case. PlayStation 4 owners will now be able to take part in the next beta for free, as the pre-order requirement has been dropped.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Xbox One owners, as they still need to have pre-ordered the game in order to take part in the beta. A beta for the game will not be available at all on PC.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th. You can check out the launch trailer for the game that was recently released by clicking right here.
