Microsoft has finally presented the Xbox One X, a new iteration of its Xbox One console which is able to run games at true 4K resolution. While most of its impressive features were explained at length during the company’s E3 conference, today Microsoft has revealed the look of the packaging in which the console will be sold when it becomes available to retailers on November 7th.
The box features dark colors in line with the appearance of the console, and the same elegant design that has been prominent through previous Xbox One releases. Forza Motorsport 7 has been chosen as the game which will be showcased prominently on the box, which probably means that Microsoft is also focusing the general advertising of the console around that game.
The package includes an Xbox One X console with 1Tb of internal memory, a controller, an HDMI cable, and a power cord. Xbox One X is also the smallest Xbox console ever released, and the first console ever to feature liquid cooling, which showcases what an advanced work of engineering this is. Check out the list of games that will feature performance enhancements on the console.
Xbox One X will be released on November 7th at a price of $499.
