Another week, another sales chart topped by Monster Hunter: World.

Back when it debuted in January, Monster Hunter: World, as one would expect, was at the top of sales charts in Japan, completely blowing out its competition out of the water. It’s been nearly three weeks since then and it the latest figures from Media Create have revealed that MH:W it is still at the top of the food chain.

Here is the top ten for the week between February 5 and February 11th, along with lifetime sales for each game:

1. Monster Hunter World – PS4 – 159,613/1,750,969
2. Dynasty Warriors 9 – PS4 – 117,495/New
3. Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet – PS4 –  75,623/New
4. Splatoon 2 – Switch – 23,461/2,021,028
5. Shadow of the Colossus – PS4 – 21,900/New

Part of what makes this showing so impressive is that it is continuously beating out various games during the week they debut. Just like how it surpassed Dynasty Warriors 9 and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet this time around, it did the same to Dragon Ball FighterZ the week before.

Of course, part of the reason why it has beaten the competition so handily and seemingly approaching the 2 million lifetime sales figure, is because special editions of the game (such as the bundle) are also included in the figure. In fact, as the article will mention, the bundle has been so highly sought after that PS4 Pro sales saw a boost back in December. That isn’t to say that Monster Hunter World wouldn’t have done well without that boost, but its still something worth noting.

In the meantime, it will be interesting to see if Monster Hunter: World will be able to keep up this momentum. With planned DLC, as well as alleged plans for regional tournaments and a movie, it very well could.
