How Does Wordle Work?

Wordle is a word-guessing game that came out almost a year ago where players have six tries to figure out the five-letter word of the day.

When a player guesses a word, the game returns clues to find the Wordle of the day. If a player puts in a word and a letter has a green box around it, that means that the green letter is in the Wordle of the day and it is in the correct position. If the letter has a yellow box around it, that means that the letter is in the word, but not in the correct position. And if the letter has a gray box around it, that means that the letter is not in the word at all.
