‘This is some rich s—’: Inmates say Diddy has prisoners doing his chores while he allegedly gets massages and booze behind bars

Sean “Diddy” Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey for prostitution-related offenses. Four men who spent time in his unit claim the 56-year-old has spent thousands of dollars a month to recreate his outside lifestyle behind bars, according to NBC. They describe contraband phones, smuggled liquor and a staff of fellow inmates.

“It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy,” one of the men said. “This is some rich s—,” he added. The sources claim other inmates cook Diddy’s meals, clean his living area and wash his laundry, while one man gives him Chinese-style massages. The money reportedly flows from outside contacts into the commissary accounts of the men doing the work.

One inmate is allegedly paid to clean the toilet and shower before Diddy uses them. Others reportedly cook curry chicken, pizza and empanadas using a makeshift heating element submerged in water. One former cook said he got tired of the job, after which Combs “started going to the Jamaicans.” Inmates hold his fan mail, as he reportedly lacks room for it.

Combs also allegedly stays connected to the outside world through contraband cellphones. Sources claim he uses them to scroll Instagram and view sexually explicit photos sent by an old girlfriend. Two sources said he also has a jailbroken tablet for movies and documentaries.

Diddy allegedly buys Remeron, an antidepressant known inside as “rem-roms,” from other inmates, as the drug trades on the prison’s black market. The medication is typically prescribed to inmates dealing with depression and anxiety. “You can pretty much get anything except a key to the front door and a female,” one source said.

On weekend nights, the hip-hop mogul reportedly dips into a secret stash of premium liquor that sources claim guards smuggle in, sharing it with a tight group of fellow inmates. “Hell yeah, I drank with him,” one inmate said, recalling the Hennessy they shared.

Combs landed at Fort Dix as his lawyers pushed for its drug treatment program, which can shorten a sentence. “Pretty much the day he arrived, the party started,” one source said. However, a fight with another inmate over the summer sent him to solitary confinement, and he was later removed from the program.

Sources claim he went straight back to the same lifestyle once he left isolation. That account sits in contrast with recent footage of his daily walks at Fort Dix, which showed a quieter routine. Inmates appear to go along with the arrangement as his money still carries weight inside. “He’s a billionaire. People are in awe of him,” one source said, adding that money is power behind bars. Forbes once named Diddy a billionaire in 2022, but his net worth estimate is now much lower, around $300 million.

A spokesperson for Combs dismissed the report, saying the media now “characterizes ordinary prison life as news.” They added that “the only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence while awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal.”

Federal Bureau of Prisons records now list Diddy’s release date as January 21, 2028, though a ruling on his pending appeal could change that timeline.
