Pokemon GO Fest 2022 – Which Pokemon Are Shiny in City Habitat

Pokemon GO Fest Guide

Recommended Videos

As you make your way out into the world to celebrate the newest Pokemon GO Fest, you’ll find an opportunity to get your hands on plenty of Shiny Pokemon throughout this event. While there is one day that will slightly outshine the other, if you’re looking to work on filling up your Pokedex, there’s never been a better time to do so.

You’ll find a plethora of different activities to take part in, but one of the most fun is shiny hunting. While there is no competitive advantage to doing this, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind Pokemon to show off to your friends, and even a possible new buddy to join you on your adventure. One part of GO Fest that makes this exciting is the largely reduced odds of getting your hands on a shiny, so make sure that you’re checking everything off your list, and getting out there!

Shiny Pokemon During GO Fest – City Habitat

If you’re finding yourself in the city, you’ll be able to keep a lookout for this list of Pokemon to add to your collection. These specific monsters have a chance to be shiny, and you’ll know if you’ve come across one thanks to some visual cues. You’ll see a bright flash of light and stars, as well as an icon that displays that this monster is shiny.

Shiny Pokemon – City

  • Costumed Pikachu (Gracidea Costume)
  • Alolan Grimer
  • Magnemite
  • Hitmonchan
  • Galarian Weezing
  • Baltoy
  • Burmy (Trash Cloak)
  • Pidove
  • Bronzor
  • Trubbish

When you’re adventuring out in the world normally, you’ll have a 1 in 500 chance to get your hands on a shiny. However, during events, this number can drop down as low as 1 in 96, giving you a better chance than ever to find your new favorite Pokemon. If you’ve purchased a GO Fest Ticket, you’ll also see an even better chance of getting your hands on a shiny Pokemon during the event.

Make sure that you’ve got enough Pokeballs to make it through the event, as well as take the time to look through our accessory list to make sure that you’re prepared to shiny hunt all day long. If you’ve gotten your hands on a Pokemon GO Plus or Auto Catcher, you’ll also have a greater chance of getting the items that you’ll need to make this day the most fun possible. If you’ve also purchased a ticket to Pokemon GO Fest, you’ll be able to get an exclusive encounter with a special Legendary to help cap off the event as one of the most exciting to happen to date!

Pokemon GO is available now on mobile devices.
