The Power Armor Station is a crafting item that you’ll get only after you’ve completed a certain quest in Fallout 76. To get the quest that will unlock the power armor station you’ll need to head down to the Ash Heap Region. In the southeastern part of this region you’ll find a mining facility. When you find the location you will be given the Miner Miracles quest which tasks you with putting together a set of Excavator Power Armor.
This powerful Armor in Fallout 76 must completely be constructed by you, and by crafting it you will complete the quest and unlock the crafting station for Power Armor. The objectives of the quest are not that hard. The hard part of the quest is actually having the items on hand to build the armor.
The Excavator Armor consists of six pieces that will need to be crafted.

You will need to be at least a level 25 to complete this quest. Once you do, you’ll have access to the Power Armor Crafting Station in Fallout 76 and a powerful set of Excavator Armor. Finding some of the items that you need to complete the armor set can be a little bit harder. Black Titanium can be found by killing Mole Miners and taking their suit scraps, this guide can help you with that. The other items like Screws, Springs, Steel, Rubber, and Oil can be found in many common items in the game. If you’re short on items in your inventory to make the suit, the Mining Facility has plenty of items to scavenge. The residences close by will also have many of the components that you need.
