Final Fantasy VIII Remastered has recently been added to the PlayStation Now collection this month and many eagle-eyed fans will be taking to the experience once again to begin their journey through the gorgeous, bucolic world and the enrapturing story of the 1999 classic. You may be wondering how long it takes to beat Final Fantasy VIII Remastered and this guide will take you over everything you need to know about how much time you will be able to invest in the instalment.

How Long to Beat Final Fantasy VIII Remastered

There is plenty of knowledge to be learned from the average playtime of the experience. The main story has an average main story playthrough time of 40 hours, 41 minutes. The game is needless to say colossal in scale and similar to Final Fantasy VII in its scale and scope.
