Final Fantasy XIV: How to Get Fenrir Mount

Recommended Videos

Final Fantasy XIV has always taken great pride in having a myriad of diverse mounts for players to venture through the world in. The Final Fantasy XIV Fenrir mount is one of these with its gorgeous aesthetic and enrapturing features. The image above taken by ‘Izumi’ of the game’s wiki community showcases this perfectly with the glistening ice and frost particles making their mark on the sky as the player is sat on top guiding the magnificent beast. This guide article will take you through the steps you need to complete in order to obtain this exquisite mount.

How To Unlock the Final Fantasy XIV Fenrir Mount

In order to summon the Fenrir Mount, you will first need the ‘Fenrir horn’ which is much more simple to gather than it may seem. The player can buy the mount from the ‘Gold Saucer Attendant’ located in the aptly named ‘Gold Saucer’, home to the greatest amusement park the world of Final Fantasy has ever seen where the shining lights infiltrate the skies and fill it with splendor and joy.

The Gold Saucer can be found in the ‘Thanalan’ zone and once you have navigated to within the theme park itself, you will find the attendant within the ‘Entrance Square. Go up to the ‘prize claim’ attendant and speak to them, once inside the main purchasing menu, make your way through the list until reaching the ‘Fenrir horn’. This can be purchased for 1,000,000 MGP which is a currency acquired within the Gold Saucer itself by playing mini-games, Triple Triad, and even Chocobo Racing among other activities within the Gold Saucer.

After purchasing the horn, you will be able to summon Fenrir and add it to your collection of Final Fantasy XIV mounts.

Will you be trying to obtain this mount and taking to the skies in prominent frosty style this month in Final Fantasy XIV?

Final Fantasy XIV is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5.
