Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy features original designs for the entire team, but you can unlock an MCU outfit for each character if you want them to look more like they do in the movies. There are plenty of unlockable outfits in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, and thankfully, the MCU costumes are among the first you can find. The game only has outfits from the 2014 Guardians of the Galaxy film, however, so fans of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 are left out this time. There are 5 MCU costumes in this game, one for each of the Guardians. Each of them is listed below along with the chapters in which they can be found.

Where to Find Rocket’s MCU Outfit
Rocket’s MCU skin can be found within the opening minutes of the game. In Chapter 1 of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, you’ll explore the Quarantine Zone with Rocket and Groot. Early into the chapter, the group will come across a branching path. Rocket says to go left since the right path is a dead end.
Don’t listen to him, though, because the so-called “dead end” has some loot for you. When Groot and Rocket take the left path, head to the right instead. Then, turn right and drop down to the ledge and enter the blue wreckage. There, you’ll find a container with Rocket’s outfit from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).
Where to Find Groot’s MCU Outfit
Groot’s MCU costume can be found shortly after Rocket’s in Chapter 1. You’ll eventually be separated from Groot for a while during the chapter. Immediately after reuniting with him and entering the indoor area, turn right and crouch through the small hole in the pink gunk. Groot’s MCU outfit from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) is on the other side.
Where to Find Gamora’s MCU Outfit
Gamora’s MCU costume is available in Chapter 3. Immediately after the platforming segment with heavy wind and lightning, you will encounter a tall red structure with circular holes in it. You’re supposed to walk under it to continue, but instead, you can turn right to reach a secret area. Continue down the optional path until you crouch under a small blue arch.
You’ll find yourself inside a cave. Continue forward and shoot the white gunk on the back wall to reveal a new path. The next area has a brief combat encounter with some gelatinous cubes. After defeating them, shoot the white gunk to progress forward.
After fighting the cubes, jump over the newly-revealed gap and grab the components on the ground. Then, squeeze through the passage on the left. Climb onto the ledge in the next room and you’ll find a container with Gamora’s Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) skin.
Where to Find Drax’s MCU Outfit
Drax’s MCU skin can be found in Chapter 4 when you’re making your escape from Lady Hellbender’s fortress. This outfit can only be obtained if you choose to sell Rocket to Lady Hellbender. After escaping the security drones, the group will eventually attempt to head left through a red circular door.
Instead of going with them, continue straight and continue along the platforms. Drax’s MCU outfit from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) can be found in a container at the end of this optional path.
Where to Find Star-Lord’s MCU Outfit
Star-Lord’s MCU outfit is found on Knowhere in Chapter 5. After dealing with Lipless at the bar, the group will be separated. As you’re exploring Knowhere alone as Star-Lord, you can check out various stalls and attractions.
Make your way to the restaurant in the central plaza. It’s a circular building with people standing on the roof and a staircase to the left. Jump over the railing in between the restaurant and staircase and walk across the red pipes. Star-Lord’s outfit from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) is a container sitting underneath the staircase.
