Fortnite is one of the most collaboration-friendly franchises of all time and now Fortnite and Balenciaga are combining forces. At any given moment, you might see Marvel, Star Wars, rappers, movie characters, and more be infused into the gaming phenomenon. Usually, though, these collaborations are somewhat expected and while it’s cool to see Thanos running around out there, it’s not exactly an unexpected collaboration as action movies and Fortnite go together quite nicely. This time though, they’re stepping a bit outside of the box.
Balenciaga skins are now here as one of the most unexpected collaborations in videogame history as Fortnite has teamed up with the luxury fashion giant Balenciaga to add their clothing into the game. So, what is going to be added then? Is it just skins? Are there items too that are specific to this add-on? What about challenges? How to Get Balenciaga Skins in Fortnite
As with most skins in Fortnite, the keys to the castle are going to be located in the Item Shop. Once in the Item Shop, you can find the following outfits.

- Fashion Banshee Outfit
- Game Knight Outfit
- Logo Lugger Back Bling
- Skate Pocket Duffle Back Bling
- Everyday Sleekpack Back Bling
- Camo Carrier Back Bling
- Speed Sneaker Pickaxe
- Parasail Purse Glider
- Signature Look Wrap
- The Look Emote
Not only is this list pretty sizable for an add-on, but Balenciaga and Fortnite are actually collaborating in the real world as well and the Shady Doggo outfit is based on a design that you can purchase in Balenciagas stores as well as on their website.
How to Unlock Balenciaga Sprays in Fortnite
You’re not just getting items with this add-0n as there are also a few sprays to unlock as well. See, The Shady Doggo character has multiple quests available to you. In order to get the Fashion Doggo Spray and the Knight Looks Spray, you have to complete these quests. The two challenges are as follows
- Pull off the perfect pose against graffiti
- Fetch Doggo new Triple S sneakers.
First, we need to get to Retail Row, Believer Beach, or Steamy Stacks, and once there, Emote in front of the Shady Doggo graffiti you’ll find there. For the second challenge, you simply have to collect Triple S Sneakers in the Strange Times Featured Hub
Upon completing both of these, you will see the Balenciaga sprays appear in your inventory.
This collaboration between Fortnite and Balenciaga is clearly more than just a gimmick as there are tons of outfits to get as well as a new pick-ax to use as well. Depending on the reception of it, we may be seeing some more unusual collaborations coming down the road.
