Pokemon GO: How to Complete Adventure Week 2022 Timed Research Tasks

Recommended Videos

Adventure Week 2022 has begun in Pokemon GO and it will end on Sunday, June 12, at 8:00 p.m. local time. That means that you only have a limited amount of time to finish the Timed Research associated with the event. Let’s get to it!

Adventure Week 2022 Timed Research

Though there isn’t as much of it as Field Research, the Timed Research of Adventure Week 2022 can give you some great stuff if you are wandering around and soaking in all that the event has to offer. Here is the Timed Research for Adventure Week 2022:

  • Walk 5 km (1 Incubator)
  • Walk 10 km (1 Incubator)
  • Walk 25 km (1 Incubator)
  • Spin 50 PokéStops or gyms (Tyrunt encounter)
  • Earn 5 candies exploring with your buddy (Amaura encounter)

Reward: 5,000 XP, 2,500 Stardust, 3 Rare Candy

Incubators, Stardust, XP, and Rare Candy are all great things that every Trainer could use more of. Especially since you can now increase your Inventory Space, you might as well throw a couple of Incubators in there. And, of course, encounters with Tyrunt and Amaura, the new debut Pokemon with the event, are a welcomed bonus.

Adventure Week 2022 7 km Eggs

Since the Timed Research is centered around walking, you’ll want to bring an Egg or two so that you’re more productive while completing the Timed Research. Here are the new 7 km Eggs available during Adventure Week 2022:

An asterisk means it can be shiny.

  • Shuckle*
  • Slugma*
  • Cranidos*
  • Shieldon*
  • Tirtouga*

  • Tyrunt
  • Amaura

There is a lot to enjoy with Adventure Week 2022. It is the start of a brand new season in Pokemon GO, which means that there are plenty of debut Pokemon like Tyrunt and Amaura to catch. While you are knocking out the Timed Research for this event, you might as well take on the Field Research as well.
