With the end of Season of Alola in sight, Pokemon GO is about to explode with new events and things to do like the new Raids in June 2022. There is a brand new Season of GO that kicks off in June that will bring a lot of new and fun things to Pokemon GO. Also, there is the upcoming mega event Pokemon GO Fest that you’ll want to prepare for.

For starters, we don’t know what the 1-Star or 3-Star Raids for June 2022 are just yet. As all of this new information rolls out, we will be sure to update you on what is to come. Luckily, we do have the information for the 5-Star Raids and Mega Raids for June 2022 in Pokemon GO.

5-Star Raids in June 2022 Pokemon GO

The three Pokemon that will make their return to Pokemon GO via the 5-Star Raids in June 2022 are Kyogre, Groudon, and Mewtwo. Here is the schedule for the June 2022 5-Star Raids:

  • Kyogre – Wednesday, June 1, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Tuesday, June 7, at 10:00 a.m. local time
  • Groudon – Tuesday, June 7, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Thursday, June 16, at 10:00 a.m. local time
  • Mewtwo – Thursday, June 16, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Friday, July 1, at 10:00 a.m. local time

And, just to settle your nerves now, Groudon and Mewtwo will be shiny and Kyogre will not. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes on the Kyogre shiny front.

The Mega Pokemon returning to the Mega Raids in June 2022 are some good ones. Here they are with the schedule:

  • Mega Steelix – Wednesday, June 1, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Tuesday, June 7, at 10:00 a.m. local time
  • Mega Aerodactyl – Tuesday, June 7, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Thursday, June 16, at 10:00 a.m. local time

Out of all of these Mega Pokemon, each and every one of them can be shiny. With that in mind, you’ll definitely want to make sure you’re prepared for the Mega fights ahead. Even though there are many other events happening at this time, make sure to remember these Mega Raids as they are the best way to get the best Pokemon in the game.
