As Pokemon GO continues to evolve, we can always expect to see new collaborations happening. This time, it looks like it’s branching a bit more into some comforting territory with its upcoming promotion with the Pokemon Trading Card Game. You’ll be able to get your hands on some great new Pokemon, including an exclusive new Pikachu, and more. Let’s dive deep into the details, and see what you’ll be able to look forward to when this event goes live!
Pokemon TCG Crossover Event Schedule
You’ll be able to start on this new adventure when the event goes live on June 16th at 10:00 AM local time. You’ll have a good amount of time to start catching all these new Pokemon, as the event comes to a close on June 30th at 8:00 PM local time. You’ll also have another event to look forward to during this time frame, with the Deino Community Day happening in the same timeframe.
New Pokemon and Enhanced Spawn Rates
You’ll come across a few Pokemon that are making their debut into the game alongside this event, including a special Pikachu! Here are the Pokemon coming to the game on June 16th:
- TCG Hat Pikachu
- Wimpod
- Golisopod
You’ll also have a chance to get your hands on a Meltan once again, alongside Melmetal by using the Mysterious Box to try to get your hands on one of them.
You’ll also have enhanced Spawn rates for quite a few fan-favorite Pokemon from different generations, with some even having the chance to be Shiny. If you have a chance to catch a shiny version, you’ll see their name in bold.
