Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII fame is now flaunting off clothing for Louis Vuitton. An “interview” with the character suggests she might make a cameo in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
The Telegraph “interviewed” Lightning and she was asked about “upcoming projects”. It sounds like she might be making a cameo in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
She said: “One day, not so far in the future, I will be out there again, in a world of strife. But I won’t be the same person I was before. I will return to my origins, like a Mobius strip, but it’ll be a new me, one who has evolved. I look forward to the day we meet again.”
It sounds like she is referring to making a cameo in an upcoming Final Fantasy game. Her choice of words sounds like she might appear in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. The quote of “in a world of strife” might be a subtle tease about Cloud. After all, his full name is Cloud Strife.
In the interview, it does describe that the cameo won’t be the same character that we see in the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy. The character is very popular so it’s possible she may appear in future video games again.
