A lot of Xbox One exclusives are coming in the near future, but it looks like a lot more will be incoming.

Xbox’s social marketing manager, Graeme Boyd, was recently interviewed by Gamer2Gamer Evolved. He teased that a lot more Xbox One exclusives will be on its way. This doesn’t include the first-party games that have already been announced.

Microsoft is of course all excited for the release of Halo 5: Guardians later this year. Boyd stressed that this is not the only exclusive they have on the horizon. He noted Forza 6, Fable Legends and Quantum Break as other games coming out only for the Xbox One console. He also said “and lots more to come“. That last quote is an indication there are more games that might be announced very soon.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is another game Boyd mentioned. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles are the only places you can play the game “this year“. As we all know, the game is a timed exclusive, although we don’t know how long the exclusivity period expires. It’s safe to say other platforms won’t get the game until 2016 or beyond.

Boyd ended his statement saying that it’s a “brilliant time to be an Xbox gamer“. It will be interesting to see what other first-party exclusives are announced next month at E3 2015.
