New This Week in Video Games (6/14 – 6/20)

In what is the single slowest week of the year so far, this is the ultimate case of having almost nothing to see here for most gamers.

Scheduled right now, we have three games in the lineup this week, along with one piece of DLC. This is no surprise at all with E3 going on and publishers knowing it is useless to release games that will go up against it.

Today brings us a piece of DLC that many have been waiting for since it was announced in early April, the Lucas DLC for Super Smash Bros. He will join the battle with the free Miiverse stage as well, with rumors we may possible get Ryu and Roy as well, due to leaks showing just how complete they are.

The big game release this week is Payday 2: Crimewave Edition, which is easily the definitive version of this game for consoles, with plenty of DLC added. If you are on the fence about this re-release, make sure to check out our review right here, which we quite liked.

Check out the full list of new releases below of what you can expect to be released the week of June 14th through June 20th.
