The Adventure Update is on the way, as Minecraft fans are well aware. While there’s still no exact date for the release of 1.8 update, “Soon” is gonna have to do.  There is a best estimate for release on Reddit that lists the content as early as the 8th of September.
When it does launch it is said to be one of the biggest releases for the game. Â It will add new Mob types, towns, and other options to bring Minecraft even closer to post beta production.
Mojang revealed playable content at PAX Prime, where we got our first glimpse of the Endermen in a seperate off camera capture of gameplay footage.  Hit the trailer below for the official stuff.
