Once again an Amazon website leak has led to the official unveiling of a game, with Warner Bros. Interactive and TT Games announcing the existence of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens this morning. The game will feature all the characters that you loved in the film, giving you new content surrounding the plot of the movie, and revealing new things about the characters and the story. This includes extra story content that takes place between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens.
Not only did they announce the game, they also shared the release date and a trailer, which you can see below. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released on June 28th, 2016 for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS, and PC.
Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO, BB-8, Kylo Ren, General Hux and Captain Phasma will all be featured in the game. Jakku and Starkiller Base will be playable as well, giving players a better look at these new iconic Star Wars locations.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens won’t just be a rehash of the older games. TT Games has promised some new features, including the introduction of “the enhanced “Multi-Builds” system, where players can choose from multiple building options to advance the game. Gamers will be able to engage in intense new Blaster Battles for the first time, utilizing surrounding environments to drive back the First Order. Fans can also experience the thrill of high-speed flight gameplay through arena-based battles and dogfights in space, while utilizing a multitude of vehicles along the way, including the legendary Millennium Falcon.”
