As you sneak and snipe your way through the lands of France in Sniper Elite 5, you’ll want to make sure that you’re upgrading your weapons to make sure that you remain the greatest sniper of all time. You’ll be able to find new parts for your weapons as you come across different workbenches that are spread throughout the levels, unlocking new parts, weapons, and even cosmetics for your favorites. Make sure that you’re checking every nook and cranny, or if you’re having a hard time finding them, we’ve got you covered!

Keep your eyes peeled for these workbenches as you make your way through France, and keep your weapons in tip-top shape. You’ll need them to make sure you survive in this newly released epic.

Where To Find Workbenches In Sniper Elite 5

Mission 1 – The Atlantic Wall

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench At the start of the level, make your way upstairs and pick the lock. Wipe out the Nazi inside and you’ll find the first workbench. 
SMG Workbench When searching for Marcel’s key in the attic, you’ll come across this workbench near his body.
Pistol Workbench When working to eliminate the gun battery in the northwest, you’ll find a shack. Use the key, or a satchel charge to unlock this area. 

Mission 2 – Occupied Residence

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench Entering the ground floor of the chateau, you’ll find a cellar that has a workbench in the middle. You can also access this area through the moat surrounding the building.
SMG Workbench Inside of the resistance housing on the western end of the chateau. Climb the vines to make it to this workbench. 
Pistol Workbench Cross the bridge, eliminate an Officer or use a satchel charge to blow the door on the eastern side of the chateau, where you’ll find this workbench. 

Mission 3 – Spy Academy

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench To the north of the academy, you’ll need the cellar key to enter. Once you have received the key, climb up to the training room. Enter the room, and you’ll find the first workbench. 
SMG Workbench Under the archway on the east, you’ll see a door marked with the resistance logo, pick the lock or blow the door and you’ll find the SMG workbench. 
Pistol Workbench To the south of the academy, there is a building with a satchel charge point available. Blow this spot to access the workbench inside. 

Mission 4 – War Factory

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench Enter into the Resistance Safehouse beneath the warehouse. Climb down the ladder into the cellar, where you’ll find the first workbench. 
SMG Workbench To the north of the warehouse, you’ll need an Armory Key or a Satchel Charge to get inside the room. You’ll find it upstairs. 
Pistol Workbench In the Vat Room, you’ll need a Key or Satchel Charge to blow the door and get inside to find the final workbench. 

Sniper-Elite-5-Workbench

Mission 5 – Festung Guernsey

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench You’ll find it in the Church, located in the center of the map. You’ll want to make your way up the spire to the east, and climb the vines to get to this workbench. 
SMG Workbench Make your way east, where you’ll come across a resistance safe house. You’ll need to make your way underground, and you’ll spot this workbench. 
Pistol Workbench In the north, make your way through the trenches towards the Kraken. Look through the rooms, and you’ll discover the final workbench. 

Mission 6 – Liberation

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench Near the area where you’ll need to set off the explosives in the main objective, you’ll find a safe house to the north. Climb up the wall and thru the window to find the first workbench. 
SMG Workbench While you are heading towards your destination in the main mission, look for the safe house near the middle of the map. You’ll find it in the underground bunker
Pistol Workbench Near the start of the map, you’ll find a large building, in the shape of a C. You’ll head upstairs, and walk over the scaffolding, where you’ll be able to drop through a hole in the ceiling. You’ll find the final workbench in this room. 

Mission 7 – Secret Weapons

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench As you make your way through the main mission, you’ll be tasked with sabotaging V2 rockets. After you do this, you’ll want to make your way to the north, where you’ll need a key or satchel charge to enter the room. You’ll find the workbench inside of the Axis Armory.
SMG Workbench You’ll need to enter the large dome in the northern part of the map. You’ll want to make your way down the staircase, and exit into the sleeping quarters. Eliminate the soldiers and take the Master Dome Key and unlock the door at the end of the hallway to get this workbench. 
Pistol Workbench Near the waterfall in the southern portion of the map, you’ll need to break through some crates that are blocking your way inside. Once you have entered it, you’ll find the final workbench for this area. 

Mission 8 – Rubble and Ruin

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench In the first room that has Nazis, you’ll find an armory. Grab the key from a fallen enemy and unlock the door to the left and you’ll find the first workbench. 
SMG Workbench Near the northwest of your map, you’ll find a Kill Mission, and you’ll find a large, crumbling building to the southeast of this side mission. Scale your way through this dilapidated building to make your way to the armory, where you’ll find this workbench. 
Pistol Workbench Make your way into the church that is located in the middle of your map. You’ll be able to blow your way in with a Satchel Charge or grab a key from a locker in the room above. Unlock the door, and go through the hole in the floor to get this final workbench. 

Mission 9 – Loose Ends

No collectibles, just a sweet shot to take at a major villain.

 

Mission 10 (DLC) – Wolf Mountain

Workbench Type Where To Find
Rifle Workbench Make your way to the large building in the southwest of the map, and get the key from eliminating a guard, or blow your way in with a Satchel Charge. After this, make your way down to the cellar and you’ll find a workbench. 
SMG Workbench As you make your way to destroy anti-air guns, you’ll find a shack that has a tunnel leading inside. Make your way in to find a workbench for your SMG. 
Pistol Workbench While the Furher is bowling, you’ll want to make your way into the Berghof Armory, which is perpendicular to his favorite alley. Go inside to find the final workbench in the game. 

And there you have it, all of the workbenches inside of Sniper Elite 5! When you’re not sneaking around, you’ll be able to make your way into another player’s game and show off the skills that you’ve learned as you’ve made your way through France. Once you have conquered the story mode, it may be time to ramp up the difficulty and bring a friend along for the ride, to experience the game at its true potential.
