Destiny 2 Duality Dungeon Loot Table

Destiny 2 Duality Dungeon Loot Table: All Weapons and Armor

Recommended Videos

The Duality Dungeon is now live in Destiny 2, and as expected, there’s a ton of new loot for players to earn from each of the main boss encounters. This Dungeon sends players deeper into the mind of Calus to discover what happened to the exiled emperor since he last appeared. Season of the Haunted already has a lot of new gear for players to earn, but Duality is home to some of the coolest gear of the season, including an all-new Exotic sword called Heart Shadow. Not every encounter rewards the same items though, so here’s the full list of loot and rewards available in the Duality Dungeon in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 Duality Dungeon Loot Table

Boss Encounter Possible Loot
Encounter 1: Nightmare of Gahlran, Sorrow Bearer
  • The Epicurean (Energy Fusion Rifle)
  • Lingering Dread (Kinetic Grenade Launcher)
  • Helmet
  • Arms
  • Legs
Encounter 2: Unlock The Vault

  • Stormchaser (Heavy Linear Fusion Rifle)
  • Arms

Encounter 3: Nightmare of Caiatl, Empress-Imperial
  • New Purpose (Kinetic Pulse Rifle)
  • Fixed Odds (Heavy Machine Gun)
  • Unforgiven (Energy Submachine Gun)
  • Stormchaser (Heavy Linear Fusion Rifle)
  • The Epicurean (Energy Fusion Rifle)

  • Heart Shadow (Exotic Heavy Sword)
  • Helmet
  • Chest
  • Arms
  • Legs
  • Class Item

Each encounter will reward you with either one weapon or one piece of armor. The new Exotic sword is only available in the third and final boss encounter, and unsurprisingly, it’s the rarest drop. Armor also seems to be much more common than weapons based on most players’ findings, so it may take multiple runs to get any of the new Legendary weapons offered in Duality.

The third encounter also works like the final boss from Grasp of Avarice, rewarding you with one weapon or armor piece from its specific loot pool and then an additional weapon from the loot pools of encounters 1 and 2. New Purpose (Pulse Rifle) and Fixed Odds (Machine Gun) are the two weapons unique to the final encounter, but you can also receive any of the other weapons from the Dungeon as an additional drop as well.

If you want to delve into the Duality Dungeon in Destiny 2, then you’ll need to own the Witch Queen deluxe edition or purchase the Duality Dungeon Key for 2000 Silver in the Eververse store. It’s a pricey new addition, but Destiny players are loving the new encounters and gear so far.

If you’re not the Dungeon delving type, then Season of the Haunted has plenty of new content to offer Destiny 2 players in the meantime. The Derelict Leviathan has been made into a new patrol zone that’s home to the Nightmare Containment activity, and players can collect Opulent Keys to unlock Opulent Chests aboard the ship that contain Legendary Opulent weapons.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia.
