Candy can be found in the Haunted Forest, which is unlocked after purchasing your first mask from Eva.  To get Candy during the Festival of the Lost you simply should head into the Haunted Forest and kill everything you see.  There’s a chance that they’ll drop some candy for you.  Alongside engrams and glimmer, keep an eye out for blue triangles which will be candy that enemies will drop.  Simply run over these items to collect the candy.

Candy also has a chance to drop in other activities outside of the Haunted Forest too.  The trick is, you need to be wearing your mask if you want the chance to earn candy from activities like The Crucible.

You’ll need plenty of candy if you want to get the Braytech Werewolf Auto Rifle.  This is one of the big prizes from Eva Levante and it will require that you get all of the available masks from the vendor and have collected a thousand pieces of candy.
