There are brand new 7km Eggs featured in the Alola to Alola event in Pokemon GO. The Alola to Alola event is the last event of Season of Alola which is the perfect time to celebrate all of the new Alola Pokemon. Many of these new Pokemon can be shiny but what about the Pokemon in the Alola to Alola 7km Eggs?
Alola to Alola 7km Eggs
We got some incredible new Alolan Pokemon in Pokemon GO. To celebrate it, most of the 7km Egg Pokemon are their Alolan versions or directly from Alola. Here is the list of Alola to Alola 7km Egg Pokemon:
- Alolan Rattata
- Alolan Sandshrew
- Alolan Vulpix
- Alolan Diglett
- Alolan Meowth
- Alolan Grimer
- Dewpider
- Fomantis
- Stufful
- Oranguru
Oranguru, Formantis, and Stufful all had events surrounding their debut in Pokemon GO during Season of Alola, but if you happened to miss them, now is your chance. Also, this might be your last and best chance to catch any of the Alolan form Pokemon. Though it isn’t clear what region the next season will focus on, Alolan versions of Pokemon will definitely become more rare.
Alola to Alola will take us up to the end of Season of Alola. Though we know the next big event in Pokemon GO is Pokemon GO Fest, which will feature brand new shinies, the next season is still unknown. Make sure to check in frequently with our Pokemon GO guides for updates.
Can 7km Eggs Be Shiny?
Now that you know what Pokemon will be in the Alola to Alola 7km Eggs, it is time to share if they can be shiny or not. Of all the Pokemon in the 7km Eggs, the only Pokemon that can be shiny are Alolan Rattata, Alolan Sandshrew, Alolan Vulpix, Alolan Diglett, Alolan Meowth, Alolan Grimer, and Stufful.
In Alola to Alola, the 7km Eggs aren’t the only way to get shiny Pokemon. You can also participate in the Special Research Story by buying a ticket and visiting your favorite Alolan island. Whatever island you choose will give you a chance to encounter a shiny Alolan Pokemon. There are also a lot of shiny potential spawns that can be caught in the wild during Alola to Alola.
