Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 seems to be heading out with a bang, if the newly announced live event has anything to say about it. After taking part in many different weekly challenges to help The Seven in their never-ending war against the IO Forces, it looks like they may have one final trick up their sleeves. You’ll need to gather your friends, and get ready to take on the biggest challenge seen yet in Fortnite, and here are all of the details for the newest live event, Collision.

When is the Fortnite Collision Event?

Players will be treated to this one-time-only live event on June 4th at 1:00 PM PT/4:00 PM ET. Make sure that you’re prepared because once this event is done, there is no way to do it again. The playlist for the live event will go live 30 minutes in advance, to allow you and your team to get ready to jump into the adventure.

If you’re looking to take advantage of this event, you’ll be able to play it on any supported platform, alongside using the Xbox Cloud Gaming app or Nvidia GeForce NOW services to play it on devices that may not be currently officially supported, such as iOS devices. Make sure that you try these out in advance, to make sure that you are ready to join in on the action when this live event launches.

Fortnite Collision Event Rewards

Players that are looking to take part in the live event will receive a few exclusive items, like a loading screen and lobby music track. There will also be some new Mecha Weapons Team Outfits that will be making their way to the Fortnite Item Shop, as well as the new Fortnite Crew Reveal that will surely tickle your fancy if you’re looking to mesh in with the newest event.

Make sure to check everything out in the days leading up to this event! You’ll be able to keep an eye out on the live event countdown directly in the lobby of your match, thanks to a handy timer that will make sure you know when to be ready.

You’ll need to make sure that you’re as ready as possible before this event comes to fruition, especially since this is a major turning point in the action going on between The Seven and the IO Forces. With all of the buildup that we’ve seen coming up to this event, we are sure that this will be one for the ages. Since Fortnite has begun adding more story elements to their Battle Royale segment of the game, you’ll be sure to be in for the ride of your life, with some of the most epic setpieces seen in the game yet.

With the new Pac-Man Collaboration that is set to come out soon, new challenge skins, and even the debut of a fan-favorite Star Wars character in Fortnite, it seems that we are gearing up for one of the most off the wall seasons yet, and we can’t wait to see what happens during this live event, and how it will change the shape of the game forever.
