How to Dumpster Dive for Fake Relic materials in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 will have you doing all sorts of dirty work. There are two quests that are in Part 4 of the Vibin’ quests which means you’ll have to be on Part 4 of the Vibin’ challenges to get this quest and complete it. Both dumpster diving for fake relic materials and constructing a fake relic at Sleepy Shrubs will give you 7k XP each. Here is how to complete both of those challenges in Fortnite.

Where to Dumpster Dive for Fake Relic Materials in Fortnite

The best place to dumpster dive in Fortnite is Tilted Towers. In fact, any other dumpsters in any other location won’t count in completing this challenge. Head to the south part of the area and look for gated sections and construction. That is where you’ll find the most dumpsters to dive into.

Once you have found a dumpster, press the interact button to dumpster dive for fake relic materials. By doing this, you’ll have achieved the fake relic materials and earned the 7k for the dumpster diving challenge. You’re halfway there!

How to Construct a Fake Relic in Fortnite

After dumpster diving for fake relic materials in Tilted Towers, head north towards Sleepy Shrubs. This is the only area where you’ll be able to construct a fake relic for the Vibin’ Part 4 challenge to count. Once you are there, go across the sound and towards the northeastern section of the POI at the end of the residential area. Here, you’ll see a glowing white outline that says “construct fake relic.” With that done, you’ve now collected another 7k XP and completed two Vibin’ Part 4 quests.

If you’re interested in completing the rest of the weekly challenges or are looking to unlock the Indiana Jones skin, we’ve got you covered. We cover everything you could ever want in our Fortnite guides.
