Life is Strange is Coming to Mobile Devices

One of the biggest titles in choice-based, narrative adventure games is DONTNOD’s Life is Strange, which released in five episodes over the course of 2015. The game is already available for a plethora of consoles, including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. It was recently announced, however, that the game will now be making the jump to mobile platforms.

In a trailer for the mobile versions of the game, it is stated that the full first season of Life is Strange will be available for iOS devices starting this Thursday, December 14, and that the game will be coming to Android devices sometime in early 2018. Mobile versions of the game will include a new Photo Mode, which will allow players to take pictures and modify them with filters. You will also be able to share your choices on social media and those who buy the game for mobile will receive LiS iMessage Stickers as well.

It would only make sense for Life is Strange: Before the Storm to follow suite and eventually get a mobile release of its own, but until then, you can satiate your LiS hunger with the Before the Storm season finale, which is set to release a week from tomorrow on December 20, with the game’s bonus episode set to come out in early 2018.
