Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Checklist: Do These Things Before the Season Ends

Recommended Videos

As the end of Chapter 3, Season 2 of Fortnite creeps ever closer, you’ll want to make sure that you’ve taken care of everything that needs to get done before the newest Battle Pass and Live Event take place. As the end of the world approaches, you’ll need to make sure that you’ve fixed up any loose ends before June 3rd, to get yourself ready for what is coming next.

But, what should you focus your time on before things switch up in the game? Let’s take a look into it, and see what you should be doing to get ready for the newest Battle Pass and season of Fortnite!

Complete Prowler Quests

If you haven’t already, you should take the time out to finish up the Prowler Quests to unlock the Prowler cosmetic line. As the quests are quite easy to accomplish, you shouldn’t find yourself spending a whole lot of time on this one. Make sure that you’ve gotten this one complete, as once Season 2 ends, this goes away for good. As one of the better Marvel skins available in the game, you’ll want to make sure you’ve devoted at least some time to unlock a free set of cosmetics.

Collect Omni Chips

Included in the Season 2 Battle Pass, the Omni Sword is a unique harvesting tool that you’re able to completely customize to your heart’s content. You’ll find a large assortment of different blades, colors, sounds, and more that you’ll be able to change, all with the help of Omni Chips. You’ll have to find all of them spread through the map, but we’ve got you covered on where you’ll need to go to get your hands on them.  Once you have collected all of them, you’ll be free to change up your Omni Sword however you’d like!

Unlock Battle Pass Items

If you’ve found yourself holding onto your Battle Stars, there’s never been a better chance to get those pieces of gear that you’ve been eyeing up. Since they do not carry over to the newest Battle Pass, you’ll want to make sure that you’re going through and unlocking your rewards sooner than later, and unlocking all of the great gear that has come hand in hand with the Season 2 Battle Pass. If you’re interested in getting your hands on the Battle Pass, as well as an exclusive skin, take some time to check out the Fortnite Crew Subscription, which gives you a Battle Pass, V-Bucks, and exclusive cosmetics each month for a low price.

Also, starting on May 31st at 9 AM Eastern Time, you’ll be able to use your Gold Bars during Bargain Week, which cuts the cost of Character Services and Exotic Item Trades, which is great since the Gold Bars will also expire at the end of Season 2.

Make sure that you’ve got some V-Bucks in your account, now that the newest collaborations are coming to life faster than ever. Make sure that you’re also going through and completing the weekly challenges to earn extra Battle Stars and XP to unlock more of your Battle Pass goodies!

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Mobile devices.
